Calocurb Review - Food and Focus: How Shelley cuts cravings at work
Marketing manager and mom on-the-go, Shelley lost 9 lb and found the freedom to work on her terms.
Reflecting at Forty
When I turned 40, I took time to reflect. Busy was the first thing that came to mind.
Two on-the-go kids and a busy job in marketing don’t leave a lot of time for lounging. 5:40 am starts, four exercise sessions a week, keeping my family healthy, clients happy, and the house clean all take time—but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Almost overnight, my metabolism slowed down and my body changed. My usual consistent weight started creeping upward, and I began to take my relationship with food more seriously.
Workplace Diet Challenges
At home, my diet was solid—homemade muesli for breakfast and fresh, whole foods for dinner. The office, however, was my diet danger zone. I found myself in a subconscious tug-of-war between productivity and cravings.
The rumblings usually start around 11 am. Protein shakes helped silence my stomach, but not for long. By 11:30 am I’d be thinking more about lunch than the job at hand, and by noon I’d head to the cafeteria for a stuffed roll, sushi, or a large noodle salad. Come 3 pm, it was time to satisfy my sweet tooth again.
Looking back, that lack of nourishment was like a brain-power handbrake. Hunger was in control of my to-do list instead of me.
Discovering Calocurb
I’d tried intermittent fasting and Garcinia Cambogia with no success. I wasn’t expecting Calocurb to be any different. Three months later, I’m 9 lb lighter and back in control of my workday!

Routine & Results
I take Calocurb at 10:30 am and 3:30 pm most days and have felt—and seen—a real change in my relationship with food at work. I’m able to concentrate without hungry thoughts interrupting my flow. Urgent tasks or meetings can take priority without the stress of finding lunch.
I still love lunch, but on Calocurb days I confidently choose a salad over carbs, knowing my 3 pm hunger pang will be kept in check. My weekends remain free for long brunches and meals with friends—this is the flexibility I’ve gained.
