SAY GOODBYE TO CRAVINGS WITH THIS 100% PLANT BASED SUPPLEMENT

What’s in Calocurb?

Calocurb is a 100% plant-based, weight management supplement that’s been clinically shown to reduce calorie intake at meal or snack time by around 20%. Its active ingredient is sourced from New Zealand hops flower and activates a natural evolutionary “stop eating” signal in your brain, supporting healthier food choices, less snacking, and mindful portion control at mealtime.

Calocurb is 100% plant based and contains no fillers, stimulants, or synthetic properties. It’s also GMO-free, gluten-free, and GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) approved. In fact, calocurb only has four ingredients:

  • Hops flower extract. Sourced from a specific variety of hops grown in New Zealand, it activates the “stop-eating” signal.
  • Rosemary extract. A natural preservative that helps calocurb stay effective longer.
  • Canola seed. Rich in Omega-3s and low in saturated fats, canola oil makes calocurb easily absorbable.
  • Capsule. calocurb’s patented, industry-leading vegetarian, non-GMO certified capsule used in pharmaceutical products around the world.

Sounds great, right?

Calocurb arrived in beautiful packaging with a convenient capsule holder. Nice!

Here’s my initial experience with Calocurb

Day 1

After my morning workout, I took my first calocurb with a protein shake. I’m usually ready for a light lunch about 90 minutes after, but I wasn’t hungry at all. No side effects—just a simple “I’m not hungry” feeling. I ate a normal dinner about six hours later and felt fine for the rest of the evening. While I wasn’t starving, I still could have had a snack. 😉

Day 2

I waited 60 minutes before dinner (after a shake and a normal lunch). I wasn’t overly hungry and wanted to test timing. I ended up eating much less at dinner and felt full for the rest of the night—and slept great!

Day 3

Energized for my morning workout, I had espresso, a shake, and a light lunch. I took calocurb 60 minutes before dinner (protein + veggies) and stayed satiated until the next afternoon. I plan to continue this schedule.

Conclusion

Calocurb definitely seems to be curbing my evening hunger. I haven’t snacked at all and have extended my fast from 16 to 18 hours; one capsule lasts at least 24 hours. Best of all, it’s stimulant-free—I feel full without nausea or jitters.

While Calocurb can help manage your appetite, it’s not a silver bullet. For best results, pair it with a healthy diet and consistent exercise.

With summer quickly approaching, I was recently feeling like I wanted to shed a few extra pounds. I’ve already been Intermittent Fasting for nearly 2 years with great results, but sometimes my snacking gets the best of me. If you’re not familiar, Intermittent Fasting is a method of restricting your calorie intake to specific hours of the day. While there are a few ways you can fast, my schedule has been 16 hours of fasting with an 8-hour window for eating all of my daily calories. It typically works out great, but sometimes during the fasting period my cravings for delicious things can get pretty intense. So, to curb my hunger, I’ll drink an espresso. It does just the trick during the day, but in the evening, when my cravings really kick in, I can end up wired all night. I needed a solution to curb my evening hunger and discovered a new supplement called Calocurb.
