Here’s my initial experience with calocurb

Day 1

After my morning workout, I took my first calocurb with a protein shake. I’m usually ready for a light lunch about 90 minutes after, but I wasn’t hungry at all. No side effects—just a simple “I’m not hungry” feeling. I ate a normal dinner about six hours later and felt fine for the rest of the evening.
