I've been taking Calocurb for months. I don't see a significant weight loss due to hormonal imbalances and vitamin deficiencies (that my treatment team is addressing through medication and surgery). However, I take Calocurb to stop feeling like I'm STARVING first thing in the morning. When I wake up, I take 1 pill with 16 oz of water. This helps me not feel hungry for 3.5-4 hours. At 1pm, I take another pill to help me not snack until dinner time. This is a great tool to use with intermittent fasting. My eating window is 11am-6pm (or 12pm to 7pm if I'm really not feeling hungry). Tip: sometimes I'm not hungry on my own during the afternoon. If that's the case, I skip the 1pm pill and take it 2 hours after dinner. When I do this, I have no late-night cravings, and I don't wake up with hunger pangs.
