I haven’t lost any weight yet….. I am not taking the product as directed. I am only taking 1 pill in the morn because I usually have a BM shortly after and again after I have lunch. It smells of hops or beer… I have tried taking 2 in the morn and I got constipated. Everyone is different and I guess my body will take a bit longer getting use to it.
