Keto Avocado Brownies Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 9)

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 6 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ⅔ cup coconut sugar
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C and line a square pan with parchment paper. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except the flaky sea salt and blend until smooth. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if using.
  2. Bake until brownies are soft but not wet to the touch, about 20–25 minutes. Let cool for 25–30 minutes before slicing and serving.
