Healthy Halloween Tips
Halloween doesn't have to be a scary time of the year when you are working towards a health goal. Here are some ways you can enjoy the occasion and not be overwhelmed with the selection of treats on offer.
- Prepare your own treats so you can see what goes into them instead of relying on store-bought sweets overloaded with refined sugar.
- Use Calocurb to help keep your candy consumption in check. While using Calocurb, the urge to binge on snacks will decrease, allowing you to enjoy a couple of small treats at a time.

Trick-or-Treat & Recovery Tips
- Hold off opening candy bags until trick-or-treaters arrive to avoid pre-snacking or running out of candy.
- Remember – it's just one day of the year. If you do overindulge, that's okay. Plan a tasty, nutritious meal over the weekend to get back on track once the festivities are over.
